About: Lucy is kind of a... strange case. She just kind of walking into town, with that freaky mask and all. Despite her creepy appearance, she is quite nice and fun to be with! Despite being cheery, she tends to be a lone wolf. She tends to just...disappear.
Backstory: When people ask where she came from, she gets really quiet. She has never EVER told anyone, and it leads to theories. 
Other: She has never opened her wings! She claims it's for fear of knocking things over, because they are rather big, but even in large places she won't do so. Her mask has a voice changer in it, which makes her voice much deeper when it's on. She usually forgets it's on, sadly. She tends to scare children... alot. Nobody knows why she wears that, either. 

Her special Somepony is Bre-Bre-Chan's character, who hasn't been posted yet, I believe!
